This job was done in a timely manner The passenger airbag was the subject of a recall. Honda Barn ordered up the part promptly and installed the replacement bag inflator. There were no complications, and a free car wash was included. Everything straightforward. Absolutely no complaints. There was, of course, no charge, as it was a recall job. In the past I have sometimes faulted this garage for not promptly ordering parts (specifically a new clutch) when the diagnosis was obvious, thereby leading to a delay of several days in initiating the work. Also, they don't make a practice of returning the old parts (unless maybe one asks them). E.g. one time they didn't return the old flywheel and informed me that their scrap metal guy has just been there and picked it up. No such problems this time: I did not want the old and suspect airbag inflator! More

Actually a pleasant experience I pay for an oil change but get so much more. They check all my fluid levels, tire wear, rotate the tires, check the brakes and let me know how soon a I pay for an oil change but get so much more. Most Amazing Car Dealer EVER!! My salesperson was Bill Bradley. First off, he is the most friendly and knowledgeable salesperson I have ever met. He listened to what I was looking for and did a wonderful job as I did a test drive of going over the features. Buying a car was such a big deal for me and nerve-racking but Bill Bradley made the process as smooth as possible. He is down to earth and low key, nothing like your typical salesman at all!! I would recommend Bill Bradley to anyone I know looking for a car. He is by far the best out there!! I interacted with Al Arcifa regarding the Honda Pilot I purchased and he made me feel very welcome to Honda Barn. Bob Hajjar was extremely helpful with my paperwork and is always so friendly when you walk in the door. Chris Clickner is always very professional.
