They had the whole car history and let me know I was due for next service interval. They took care of it for me and got me a brand new set of tires for a great price. Since there was a lot more work to do than they got me into a loaner. When I let them know I wouldn't be able to get there until later in the afternoon, Brendan said no worries I'll wait here until you get here. This is the kind of service that doesn't exist in many places anymore and you can't put a price on being treated like a valued customer. More

This place has gone downhill Went in for inspection only. Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time. Was told I needed a new air filter when I literally just replaced i Went in for inspection only. Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time. Was told I needed a new air filter when I literally just replaced it myself 2 weeks ago. Every time I go there recently they are trying to convince me I need additional work when I know I don't. I began going to this dealership 15 years ago because they were honest and trustworthy. After the past few experiences with them, I can see that is no longer the case, which is unfortunate for everyone. More
