Dear 1234, My apologies that you feel no one is accountable. Unfortunately, we do not have a fix for the vibration nor can I answer your concerns. Honda has not shared any information with us concerning this so we are unable to address your issues. It is a random problem that effects some of the new CR-V's. I assure you if we had any information we would share it with you. I can direct you to American Honda's Customer Service where you will be able to lodge a complaint.
