Consistently good service from friendly people I brought my car in for the state inspection and during the review, the Honda Barn tech discovered a part was starting to show signs of wear. Brendan I brought my car in for the state inspection and during the review, the Honda Barn tech discovered a part was starting to show signs of wear. Brendan explained to me what the worn part did and what the risks were to waiting to replace the part when it failed. His information enabled me to make a fiscally prudent and proactive decision to make the repair the following week. I arrived for the repair and Brendan arranged for the shuttle service to bring me over to my office. I did not have to take any personal time away from work to deal with a car repair. The car was done when Brendan said it would be and for very close to the price he quoted to me. I have never had a bad experience at Honda Barn. I do recommend Honda Barn to friends and co-workers and I will continue to do so. More

They had the whole car history and let me know I was due for next service interval. They took care of it for me and got me a brand new set of tires for a great price. Since there was a lot more work to do than they got me into a loaner. When I let them know I wouldn't be able to get there until later in the afternoon, Brendan said no worries I'll wait here until you get here. This is the kind of service that doesn't exist in many places anymore and you can't put a price on being treated like a valued customer. More
