Very friendly staff, good explaination of work needed I had to have new aigbags due to a recall. Airbags were installed in the amount of time quoted for the job. Also, I asked to have locking lug nut re I had to have new aigbags due to a recall. Airbags were installed in the amount of time quoted for the job. Also, I asked to have locking lug nut removed and replaced with regular lugs which was done without charge! That was a nice surprise! More

My service rep went above and beyond. She is excellent! Ethel Brown was compassionate, understanding and bit of a miracle worker. The woman who answered the phone flatly stated the service department couldn't help me as too busy that day. Once I explained my situation to Ethel, she told me to come by late afternoon and she would get me in. Not only did I get my car inspected- it was washed too!! I will only service my car here. More

Don't rely on maintenance minder According to maintenance minder, my 2013 Honda Civic was due for an oil change. I thought the tires needed to be rotated as well so this was the serv According to maintenance minder, my 2013 Honda Civic was due for an oil change. I thought the tires needed to be rotated as well so this was the service I requested. Brendan asked if the air filter and cabin filter had been changed. Maintenance minder did not advise this service was needed at this time. However, while I was waiting, Brendan advised me both filters needed to be replaced so the complete service done cost me about $100 more than I was anticipating. All told, I waited for approximately an hour and a half (perhaps a little longer) but I always feel comfortable having my service performed at the Honda Barn. More
