Thanks for sharing your satisfaction with our service department and also with your concerns with the waiting area. We regret that you were able to overhear a conversation concerning another customer's car purchase. With renovations in progress , perhaps a door that normally would have been closed was left open. One of the improvements we are making with our expansion/renovation project is that the service waiting area will be more completely separated from the offices in which vehicle purchases are discussed. In the meantime, we will have to be more careful to keep these functions separate in any way we can. Thanks for the reminder!

Thanks for taking the time to share your story. Welcome to the Seacoast! We are very sorry to hear about the tree, but at least it sounds like everyone is OK. The Odyssey is a great vehicle. With all the different ways you can configure the space in it, the vehicle is incredibly versatile for hauling people and things as well. It does it all as one of the safest vehicles on the road, as well. We're glad you felt comfortable buying from us. That's music to our ears! We're proud of Dave and Chris. They do a remarkable job and we're glad you gave them recognition for the good job they did for you. We aren't out to be the largest Honda dealer in the country. That isn't likely to happen in Stratham, NH. We ARE out to be the best Honda dealer in the country, though. That we think we can do, one customer at a time.
