Mr. Roberts, I am sorry you did not have a good experience. We only use genuine Honda parts for any and all repairs. Your headlamp was replaced in 2009. I don't think I can fault a technician for poor workmanship. Your suggestion that an auto parts store has better parts is a bit surprising but a matter of opinion. Although I don't understand the situation that you were asked to pick up a seal without the repair, I value your input and the opportunity to remedy the situation. I ask that you contact me directly.
