Aside from the obvious concern of being able to see clearly, it doesn't take much time for a windshield wiper to put a nasty scratch in a windshield when the rubber is missing. Fsullivano, I sorry for the confusion. I spoke with Mark our Service Manager who said he made every attempt to explain this to you. You brought the truck in for two issues. One being an electrical problem and the other being a leak. These are both very difficult to diagnose and sometimes very cheap to repair There are so many ways water can leak into a vehicle and run down channels within the car only to appear at the other end of the vehicle. This can be very time consuming. I think Mark was being more than fair to commit to charging you an hours time. Often times they can run into many hours. The same applies to the electrical issue. It can takes hours to chase an electrical problem. I am sorry that you believe we should work for free despite the major investment we have made into training and equipment combined with my obligation to provide my employees with a living. I am certain you do not go to work for free.
