The experience was positive from beginning to end; prompt ordering of the parts needed, scheduling of said repairs, the professional manner in which these repairs were completed, and, the professional manner in which the Service Advisor, Jeffrey Arnault greeted me, kept me advised throughout the process, offered a detailed estimate of repairs prior to their introduction, and reviewed in detail the inspection checklist with me on the operational status of my vehicle. Was also impressed with the atmosphere/surroundings of the custom waiting room, as well as the availability of fresh coffee.
