Stay Away! They overcharge their rates, bill for parts you don't need and are just thinking of ripping you off. The GM is a BUFFOON! There are reputable Honda dealers in Portsmouth and Dover who know how to treat customers. This place defines the word SHADY!! More

Based upon the service needed, it was more geographically convenient for me to schedule repairs at a Honda Dealership closer to my residence in Portsmouth, NH. The experience was positive from beginning to end; prompt ordering of the parts needed, scheduling of said repairs, the professional manner in which these repairs were completed, and, the professional manner in which the Service Advisor, Jeffrey Arnault greeted me, kept me advised throughout the process, offered a detailed estimate of repairs prior to their introduction, and reviewed in detail the inspection checklist with me on the operational status of my vehicle. Was also impressed with the atmosphere/surroundings of the custom waiting room, as well as the availability of fresh coffee. 30k service I had the 30 k service on my 2014 CRV as recommended in my owners manual. I was appalled when I was given the service charge of 450.00. I thought it was just a check and had no idea all the filters etc would be replaced without my knowledge or consent. That excluded the alignment they said I also needed for an additional 99.00!!! I conceded to that in the fall. Now I need another one!! The service woman said It was from all the winter driving and pot holes I had driven through over the winter!! What winter?? We had no snow, plus my car has been in the garage for most of the winter. We use another car for winter driving!!!! Never going back or having service down at the Honda Barn! I live in town and will make sure I tell everyone I know!!!! What a rip off!!! From now on I will go elsewhere!!! More
