I brought the car in to be assessed (it was under warranty). Though I did have to wait a week to get my car in for service, I was assured that the care was safe to drive. The experience was night-and-day improvement over what I saw across the steet at a competitor's dealership where the salesmen circled like vultures and I immediately regretted providing my home number as we received four calls in two days from them. I found the experience at the Honda Barn to be very civilized and would recommend them to anyone that wants to buy a car with a minimum of back-and-forth "let me talk to my sales manager" nonsense. On the other hand, if you love the art of the deal and are a born haggler/negotiator, you may want to go elsewhere for a bigger challenge. More
