Once we decided on the new Civic, he took a lot of time to go over all the features with us and encourage us to become familiar with them and enjoy them. It had been 10 years since we had bought a new car and the changes were many. Now three years later we were replacing our 10 year old Accord. We weren't sure what make car we wanted, but were looking for a late model certified one owner. When we saw Eddie, we were delighted. He listened to us, showed a few cars on the lot and let us continue looking which was important to us. We came back in a few days and bought the first car he showed us. A perfect car for us!
