Poor communication. I took my car in on a Saturday morning and left it with them all day to find a problem I was having with my eletrical system. I never once thru the wh I took my car in on a Saturday morning and left it with them all day to find a problem I was having with my eletrical system. I never once thru the whole day recieved a call or update on my cars status. At the endof the day I tried tovreach them about it and found out they had closed for the day. WhenI finally got someone to check me out I found out that they had not found the problem and fixed nothing but the tech. stated on the order that he needed more time to diagnose the problem that I was charged $125 for. Maybe if they had called me I would have known this and told them to keep the car for further evaluation. Very poor customer service experience. More
Excellent First Time Buyer Experience! I had been looking at the Honda HRV and CRV online and decided to stop in unannounced to look at them. I'd been in the parkinglot for all of five minu I had been looking at the Honda HRV and CRV online and decided to stop in unannounced to look at them. I'd been in the parkinglot for all of five minutes when Sarah came out to see if I needed any help. She immediately made me feel welcome and at ease, which was a marvel to me as I had been very nervous about the whole experience prior to. We test drive both the HRV and CRV while she explained the features and differences between the two, never losing patience with me as I asked the same questions multiple times. Sarah was very friendly and approachable. Very easy to relax with. When Sarah helped me finally narrow it down to the HRV, it came to the dreaded negotiations. She told me all I needed to know and more about leasing and financing. Sarah helped me to look at my options and then we came to an agreement on the price. Overall, I had an excellent experience and it wouldn't have been the same without Sarah. Not only would I recommend the Honda Barn, but I would recommend Sarah. More
Poor service all around Scheduled an appointment to replace two tires and get an inspection. Was recommended an alignment by the tech. I suggested he replace the tires and verify it does in fact need an alignment. I stated I wanted the pre alignment values. My wife did not receive the pre alignment values or the post alignment values. Tech took car back and got post alignment values. I still believe I did not need the alignment and the tech did not do the one thing I requested of him. Also Our oil change % got wiped out while replacing tires and doing an alignment. The MPH was reset to KPH. This is the most disappointed I have been with a dealership service in a long time. I likely will have my car serviced elsewhere in the future. More
