Very disappointing I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Honda. Not only was a coupon for an oil change not honored, when I thought to look a little more I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Honda. Not only was a coupon for an oil change not honored, when I thought to look a little more closely at my bill I discovered that I had been charged for a loaner car that I was told would be at no charge. I wonder how many times this has happened since I don't usually dissect and add up each line item on my Honda bill. I called today to complain and I am told that a credit for the car (not the missing oil change coupon) would be put on my account for the next time I bring my car in for service. I certainly hope they honor that promise. More
Poor Costumer Service When I picked up my vehicle, I was informed not all of the requested work had been completed and the gentleman shrugged his shoulders at me. I pointed out the written work reques and he said it didn't get done. Several other employees just stared and he shrugged his shoulders and said "we didn't do it." I was uncomfortable and left with no options for resolution, just given back my car. I left a voicemail and asked for a manger to call. Two days later I received a call defending their costumer service and explaining the work was in fact done. The manager wasn't responsive to my concern, rather defensive and talked at me. When I stated my opinion to her that my husband probably would not have been treated the same way, she said she doubted that because 85% of their business comes from women. Well then, I guess shrugging shoulders, not completing work, and not offering an appointment to complete the work, is how the Honda Barn treats women. Very disappointed. More

My Leaking Tire I noticed that my left rear tire was losing air. I called the Honda Barn and they took me in. 20th Anniversary Our 13 year old Honda Odyssey, while still in working order thanks to this dealership, has needed an upgrade for some time. My wife couldn't decide on which model Honda should be her next car or when to get it. The day before our 20th anniversary I decided I would take a risk and pick out a new Pilot for her after seeing a really nice one online that morning. Bill took me out for a test drive and I was out the door with a new car in less than 4 hours. Bill was an expert with the car details and Sean took care of the finance like a pro. Bill went above and beyond and helped me make the car a surprise anniversary gift. He personally delivered the car to our house the next day, timing the delivery perfectly so my wife would see it when she got back from a walk. He went over the car in detail with her and made sure she was comfortable with all the controls. He did on-the-road training as we brought him back to the dealership too. I highly recommend this dealership based on this purchase experience and the amazing service on our Odyssey. More
