She took me through all my options of my new vechile help me set up the blue tooth for my phone and any questions or need help with anything to call her or go there. I feel she went above and beyond and treated me with the up most respect you can't ask for anything more than that. More

I bought a new car!!!!!! I went to the dealer thinking I was just looking and hoping that I would get financing. Within 20 minutes I was approved. Great buying experience After two weeks of searching for a replacement for our beloved 2002 Toyota Camry SE with a 5-speed manual transmission, we discovered that most manufa After two weeks of searching for a replacement for our beloved 2002 Toyota Camry SE with a 5-speed manual transmission, we discovered that most manufacturers had all but given up on manual transmissions. We found three 2017 Accord EX Coupe, six-speed "sticks" models here in New Hampshire, and we test drove one at another dealership. During the meeting with the sales representative, we learned that they had a "no-negotiation" policy in which the windshield price (discounted from the MSRP) was their final offer. The next morning I called Honda Barn and asked for their bottom line price which, after a brief negotiation, turned out to be about $1,000.00 less than the other dealer for the same car. We completed the loan application online and came to Honda Barn the next day to take delivery of our new Accord Coupe. The salesman (David April) actually came in on his day off to complete the delivery. All the the staff we met were friendly, professional and enthusiastic about their professions, and the F&I manager (Sean Belanger) efficiently processed the paperwork. David then gave my wife a thorough indoctrination of the car's features, and she proudly drove our new car home. The buying experience at Honda Barn was superlative in every way, and we are thoroughly pleased with both our new acquisition and the courteous staff at the dealership. We cannot overstate the wonderful car-buying transaction at Honda Barn, and we will gladly recommend them to family and friends seeking a first-rate experience in buying a new car. I was also completely ready to walk away if I couldn't reach a deal that made sense for me. As any potential car buyer should I had done my homework. During my time there walking away never even entered my mind. I was greeted by Makenzi when I walked in and explained my situation and what I was looking for. She listened to what my needs were and showed me multiple vehicles that could fill them. She was simply great to deal with. There was never any pressure and we were able to work out a fair deal on both my trade and the purchase of the CRV I selected. Likewise in what is often thought of as the "dreaded finance office" during a car purchase. There was no pressure and they got me a great rate on my loan. And the whole process did not take long at all. I could go on, but I think you can get the picture. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat. No pressure, fair pricing, and extremely pleasant personnel. Can't ask for more than that when purchasing a car! More

The offer of a complimentary rotation is surely unusual but there were special circumstances here. Everyone was so nice and the bill was even less than I expected.
