I had one problem/ issue and he handled it perfectly with much respect to me to resolve the issue that was about the car keys , not the service. The service was great, Brendon was easy to talk to and followed up with me on every detail. My car was dropped off and I planned on waiting in the waiting room, but with the wonderful location of the dealership, I was able to walk to stores and do my errands while the service was being done. Prior to this service, I had 30,000 mile services and was able to leave my car there while I was on vacation so that I was not inconvenienced at all by not having my car. I would highly reccommend. She was really thorough, made sure we were completely happy with the new model before buying (even letting us have a second extended test drive to make sure the car fitted within our garage) and gave really great service overall. Great Inspection Job I came in for my annual State Inspection and it was done in a timely manner while I waited. They even uncovered another issue - The back window was I came in for my annual State Inspection and it was done in a timely manner while I waited. They even uncovered another issue - The back window washer was not delivering fluid to the window. Then the service person did a quick fix, and it was fine. Only problem was that washer fluid was dripped down over the back of my car. I took a wet cloth and wiped it off. But thanks for the quick fix to the problem. More

I went to uhaul to pick up my trailer and my hitch wasn't the right one to be able to work the lights on the trailer. Went somewhere else to have work done I came in for a State inspection knowing that I needed exhaust work done. I came in for service in May and asked them to look at the front breaks as t I came in for a State inspection knowing that I needed exhaust work done. I came in for service in May and asked them to look at the front breaks as they were making noises, they said everything was fine. However, this time, when I needed an inspection, they said that my front breaks needed to be replaced. I specifically ask last time, so that I could plan out my costs over time instead of getting one big bill. When I received a call from the service department, it was presented to me as "you need to make a decision on whether to keep your vehicle" as the total cost of 'required' repairs was about $3,000. As you can imagine, this is quite a shock. I went to another place and had the repair work done for $1,200. Honda followed up with my a few days later, and I told them that I got the work done elsewhere for 40% of their quoted cost, they commented "well they didn't use genuine Honda parts, we could have been closer to that with aftermarket parts". This was never presented as an option when I had to make the "decision". Furthermore, my Honda Element has 163,000 miles... yes, I want aftermarket parts if its going to save me close to $1800. It seems to me that the service department here caters to people with newer cars with expendable money. I'm sorry, but telling me that I may want to get rid of my vehicle and get something new is not an option, and I'm not sure I want to bring my vehicle back for service. I will say, the previous time I was in the service department (May), I was very happy, but this experience was no good. More
