Yesterday I went in for an oil change and to purchase some all weather floor mats. I was treated like an old friend. When a parts employee saw me sitting in the waiting room he offered to place the mats in the vehicle while it was serviced. Twice employees walking through stopped to say hi. Before I knew it my car was ready to go washed, oil changed, and mats installed. It all made me believe that they really valued my patronage. None of it felt fake...they seemed to be genuinely nice people. I made the right choice to travel from Newburyport up to tax-free NH for my parts and service! More
