Barry and I negotiated a price over the phone of $1,000 over MSRP. Everyone knows what MSRP is, it is public information that Honda has posted on their website for everyone to see. We agree on a price, I give a credit card to hold the vehicle, I complete the online application, speak with Barry a few separate times to confirm everything, and the next day I drive two hours to get the car. Only when I arrive, the vehicle is suddenly $2,000 MORE than the price we had negotiated, clearly, over the phone. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle and I would, as universal advice, suggest no one should ever do business with a liar and a cheat. More
