But what I loved even more was my experience with Honda stratham. I want to say that everyone in the dealership works together like a family to ensure that the customer has a positive experience. I have to say that this dealership really puts the customer first and the bottom dollar second. Jason, the finance team and Nathaniel but especially Abe went above and beyond to make sure I not only got what I wanted but that the experience was stress free. Abe worked above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. I also want to shout out Eric the general manager who definitely went way beyond the typical customer service experience. I wish I could rate this dealership higher in stars. Eric helped relieve a lot of stress I had in getting out of of a lease from a different dealership/different car model as well. Again. The entire dealership went above and beyond. Jason and Eric helped ensure that the process ended up being way less stressful and less of a financial burden to myself. And Abe even answered calls on his days off regarding my deal to ensure I received the best deal possible. Again. I definitely plan to remain with this dealership when it comes to renew my lease.
