Overall, our experience was excellent. When the salesman we started the process with was unexpectedly unavailable to see us through to the delivery, Mike the Sales Manager stepped up and t When the salesman we started the process with was unexpectedly unavailable to see us through to the delivery, Mike the Sales Manager stepped up and took over. He and Nate stayed after hours to accommodate us in picking up the vehicle, which was clean and ready to go when we got there. We really appreciated the extra time Nate took with us to review the features of the car so my wife was comfortable in it. We look forward to building a great relationship with this dealer as we enjoy our new Pilot. More

I am only reviewing my recent experience in the service dept during a double recall on my HRV. Zach went out of his way to help me complete the needed checks after I probably misused the Honda App to get dept during a double recall on my HRV.
