Thomas answered all our questions and was able to negotiate a very fair price on the honda pilot. About 6 weeks ago, I had started a search to find a remaining 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navi. I have to admit, I was a little hesitant to enter my contact information to view their inventory because I was looking for a very specific vehicle, and had already been contacted by several other dealers from Honda, Toyota and Nissan since we had initially looked at all 3 minivans. Within a few hours Derek Gaynor contacted me. From the start, he worked very hard to earn my business. Communicating via email was important to me - I don't have much time during "regular" business hours. Derek researched and got a quote for an aftermarket DVD player, and answered countless questions from me about the vehicle they had. I visited the dealership to take a test drive, but it had too many miles, and a 2014 Odyssey with Navi was more than I was willing to spend.
