My younger sister and I arrived at Willett Honda after a weekend of car shopping. Upon our arrival, we began to walk around the car lot and were assisted almost immediately. This experience was refreshing because neither used threatening tactics that my sister and I experienced at other dealerships. This really put her mind at ease seeing how this was her first car buying experience. We both enjoyed the customer service we received from both gentlemen, and consider them to be very professional and helpful. I returned two days later and purchased a vehicle for myself as well. We actually went there to repair my nice Emelia Vegas. That had a gas Gage problem with her 2007 Honda Civic and drove out on a 2013 Honda Civic EX.
