The question "Would I recommend this dealer" should have an option that say "ABSOLUTELY"!!! Everyone knows that Car Buying can be a bit of a hassle. But Tommy's patience, professionallism and c should have an option that say "ABSOLUTELY"!!! Everyone knows that Car Buying can be a bit of a hassle. But Tommy's patience, professionallism and courtesy eased ALL of my troubles! Tommy guided me through my entire process and didn't leave my side until I drove off the lot (in my 2014 Nissan Altima). Though my auto purchase was a blessing from God, I have to say that Tommy was the absolute greatest. It is apparent that the entire sales-team enjoys what they do. About 2 weeks ago, I was searching for a new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L, V6 with navigation. Most of my search was conducted on the internet. Found the car I liked and negotiated with dealerships (local and Accord EX-L, V6 with navigation. Most of my search was conducted on the internet. Found the car I liked and negotiated with dealerships (local and out of state) via the internet. On a very rainy Sunday, the last day of my search, my brother and I visited Willett Honda which was the dealership I bought my very first car several years ago. My brother highly recommended them based on his more recent purchases (I also had no previous problems with dealership). When we got out, Tommy Morgan immediately greeted us. Mr. Morgan was very warm, friendly and outrageously funny. We went on a test drive down Interstate I-75 while Mr. Morgan explained the car's features and how to use them. When we arrived back at the dealership, he asked my price requirements. Mr. Sakis Mavrudis (sales manager ?) got within $200 of my price. Outstanding to say the least because it was about $1K less than another dealership. Going forward, I have a Honda dealership on the south side and a salesperson, Tommy Morgan, that I highly recommend to anyone wanting a pleasant, fun, friendly, no hassle/haggle and fast buying experience. I purchased my car on November 2, 2013. Tommy was my salesman.He was very courteous and down to earth. Had great conversations with him about the Hondas and life experiences while test driving. I would recommend this dealership because they took care of me. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and they not only confirmed my excitement, but made my dreams come true. Both of them made my purchase as easy as it possibly could be, and really listened to what was important to me. Tanisha was great at making sure that I took my time to look over my documents and ensure that I was putting the correct info down and signing all the right places. I would recommend Willet Honda South to anybody, and have already told multiple people about the phenomenal service I recieved here. Even after I drove the car around the area, if I found something, Rodney said "no matter big or small, call me" and when I did, he set up an appointment for me to get the complete solution so I had the best experience possible. No question was too small, and everyone took their time with me. I am in sales, and they blew my mind with how amazing they were. Please, let it be known how amazing they are doing, because it is because of Steven, Rodney, and Tanisha that my fiance and I are no longer opposed to shopping at dealerships.
