oil change issue Willett Honda said they did an oil change on my 08 Honda Accord. I had problems a few weeks later, then found out no oil was in my car. I have never been treated like family by any other dealership before going to this one. This dealership LISTENS to their customers and really goes that extra mile to please. I can not begin to say how much I LOVE this place! Whenever I come in to see them for whatever reason in any department the entire staff says hello and treats my husband and I like royalty. Note: (My husband hates car dealerships in general, except Willett Honda South. They turned him into a believer.) I also believe that the ratings on this survey are not high enough. They should go up to +++100. My last car I purchased from them is a 2013 Honda ACCORD EX-L W/NAVIGATION. The entire team (from Rodney Christian and Kevin Brown to the finance dept.and so on) worked with me to get the best deal possible and I could not be happier in my brand new Honda. If I could say to the public one thing about this dealership, (I would say this...) Run, grab a bus, catch a ride with a friend, do anything to get to Willett Honda South! If you don't take advantage of their AWESOME customer service, then you will miss getting the best! More
