Willett Honda South easily bested half a dozen other dealerships on the price for a 2015 Accord LX. Debbie White was absolutely outstanding – friendly, low key, but awesome with follow-up! Worst Experience I have purchased 3 cars from here over the course of a decade and enjoyed their customer service and friendliness. Yesterday my family and I stopped I have purchased 3 cars from here over the course of a decade and enjoyed their customer service and friendliness. Yesterday my family and I stopped by too look at cars and planned on purchasing our 4th car. However, I already knew it was a lost cause when my family and I stepped out from the car and the sales manager yells from the front at us if we needed any help...what type of person in sales would do that? Apparently Eric, a very non customer service oriented sales manager. He walks back into the building after we told him we were looking around. After a bit of time, a sales person walks over, Chris. He has a great personality and I enjoyed working with him. And even with the little incident with Eric, I wanted to work a few numbers and purchase the car. Unfortunately, Eric messed up the sale with Chris with being very unprofessional and refused to crunch numbers with us. Eric plainly said that since it was on sale and that would be the price that we will pay, which was 21k for a 2013 Civic EX that had 3100 miles on it. I disagree and brought up my protest as to why the price did not make any sense. He had the audacity to tell me that I will not find that price anywhere and that we will come back. First, he is right because I will probably find a better price for such a car and probably low mileage. Second, I will not be coming back to this location at all because of the lack of compassion and service that this dealership presents itself. I made a appointment at Gwinnett Honda to check out their cars and have made my mind to purchase from them when they were very friendly, and not to mention top notch customer service via the phone. Willet Honda definitely lost a long time customer. More

This car dealership treats customers like family! I have been going to Willett Honda South about 14 years now for all my Honda needs. I have never been treated like family by any other dealership bef I have been going to Willett Honda South about 14 years now for all my Honda needs. I have never been treated like family by any other dealership before going to this one. This dealership LISTENS to their customers and really goes that extra mile to please. I can not begin to say how much I LOVE this place! Whenever I come in to see them for whatever reason in any department the entire staff says hello and treats my husband and I like royalty. Note: (My husband hates car dealerships in general, except Willett Honda South. They turned him into a believer.) I also believe that the ratings on this survey are not high enough. They should go up to +++100. My last car I purchased from them is a 2013 Honda ACCORD EX-L W/NAVIGATION. The entire team (from Rodney Christian and Kevin Brown to the finance dept.and so on) worked with me to get the best deal possible and I could not be happier in my brand new Honda. If I could say to the public one thing about this dealership, (I would say this...) Run, grab a bus, catch a ride with a friend, do anything to get to Willett Honda South! If you don't take advantage of their AWESOME customer service, then you will miss getting the best! More
