Came in to get my Honda Element airbag recall. They asked if I needed anything else when they took the car and I said there was a turn signal problem and they said they would look at it. No mention of a cost to look at the turn signal. When I got the car back they charged me $119 to tell me the turn signal needed to be replaced. I informed them they didn't mention any bill for looking at the turn signal. They said the fee would be waved if I had the turn signal replaced there. I feel like they were forcing me to overpay or lose that money (which I ended up walking away from because the part was a $35 easy fix and they wanted $300) Not an honest place. Such a scam. Steer clear of this dealership if possible. More
Recall Visit Visit to this dealership June 3 for Recall work. Was advised after about 2 hours that I had no transmission fluid in my car (none on the dipstick were his exact words). To fix my problem would cost me $79.95 to drain and fill. My other problem, my drive belt was cracked so the waterpump HAS to be replaced. Cost to me $479.95. Checked with my mechanic interesting that IF my 2006 CRV had no transmission fluid it will NOT DRIVE!.... And if this was all true, WHY would you allow your customer to drive off the lot with NO TRANSMISSION FLUID???? No mention to me was made by the service dept to "charge" me for a quart of fluid so that my car would run. So, because they were dealing with a female would you think possibly the dealership was trying to take advantage of me? I think so too. This is my FIRST and LAST time the CRV is taken to Willett. Then I called the main telephone number to speak to "Scott Willett".. that was June 3, no response from him or anyone at this dealership. More

This dealership, by far ($900.00), had the lowest offer which they honored. I used the AAA True Care process to solicit a quote from this dealership. Rodney Christian did an excellent job of guiding us through the sales process. Overall we are very happy with both the vehice and dealership experience. We would not hesitate to either recommend them or purchase from them again in the future. It was definitely worth the drive from Cobb County. More

But after 3 hours, when asked about my car, she said I had to wait 45 more minutes without any excuse. And her expression made me feel like because I didn't pay for the service so I had to wait. I'll never come back here again. More

Joel responded very quick to my requests and sent all the information I needed to make the decision to drive 5 1/2 hours with my wife to look at the car we selected. We were very pleased with the condition of the car as described by Joel and purchased it on the spot. We then drove it home another 6 hours (traffic) with no issues. Terrible Customer Service as usual I recently came back to Willett to look at a new 2015 Honda Accord after purchasing my 2011 Accord back in July of 2014. As I walked in the dealership I recently came back to Willett to look at a new 2015 Honda Accord after purchasing my 2011 Accord back in July of 2014. As I walked in the dealership, I was met by Patrick Denis and he immediately picked up his cell to call Eric Pitts to ask if he would work with me since I was a past customer, but he declined and said he wasn't coming in that day. So after looking at the car I wanted, Mr. Denis ran my credit and then later on told me that the Accord I wanted was too much car for me, he didn't try to put me in anything else or see what else he could do. So I told him to print me a buyer order to take to my credit union and afterwards I left. My experience with Patrick Denis was awful and he needs to be retrained on customer service because he stayed on his cell phone the whole time and wasn't engaged or caring in any way, he kept calling Eric back about me, like he was his daddy or something. Mr. Denis told me that Eric said take care of me, but I know that was a lie, he told him I complained and got him in trouble, and yes I sure did and would do it again, especially when it comes to spending my money. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my dog and I don't even have one. The atmosphere is very depressing and the financial guys Eric Pitts and Patrick Denis are two snakes in the grass. I ended up going to Sons Honda and they took EXCELLENT care of me, I didn't feel like I had been taken for a ride, like I did at Willett. More

He not only was friendly and made me feel at home, but also knew my needs prior to finding me a car that would do for me and my family. Sloppy work from the service dept. They have serviced my 2011 Civic Coup since it was new.Everytime it is serviced I have to clean up there mess under the hood and inside the car after They have serviced my 2011 Civic Coup since it was new.Everytime it is serviced I have to clean up there mess under the hood and inside the car after I get home.Next to the last time that I had it serviced smoke started coming out from under the hood before I got out of the parking lot.I stopped and opened the hood.Motor oil was all over the valve cover,running down the back of the engine,all over the exhaust, suspension components and dripping on the ground.This was not a leak.This was oil that had been spilled all over the engine and not cleaned up.They also had scratched the drivers door.This was taken care of after I blew my cool.The next time I went for a service I requested a real tech in the service department not a oil change person perform the service.I raised the hood after I was given the car back.Oil was dripped all over the valve cover,all over the top radiator cover,down the grill and on the front bumper.I showed this to the service manager.He had it cleaned up.I will never let them touch my car agian.Apparently this is the type of sloppy service work that they do.Like I said I have allways had to go behind them to clean up except for the last two times that I made them do it.I would not let there sloppy people put a spark plug in my lawn mower.Tone Luy allways understood my problem and tried her best to take care of me.But she cannot stop sloppy work. Incredibly friendly staff, honest and transparent sales and finance team, and can't recommend them enough. They even tried to sell me insurance - which I entertained - but they couldn't find a cheaper rate at the time than what I already had. When was the last time you heard of a dealership NOT trying to sell you something you didn't need?! These guys are great. Don't even bother with any other dealership in Atlanta. More
