Honest sales process - prices can't be beat I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Willett after having used a car buying service and checking into a few dealerships in the metro Atlanta area I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Willett after having used a car buying service and checking into a few dealerships in the metro Atlanta area and must say that Willett was the absolute best. Their prices are competitive (below Truecar) and they include the dealer fee in the price - something I have never seen another dealer do. I had multiple Atlanta based Honda dealers tell me that Willett's prices were dependent on special incentives that I would not qualify for and therefore they were not true prices - this is NOT CORRECT, Their prices are right on their website and their sale staff is very upfront and honest. There's no haggling because there's just no need for it. The financing process was quick and efficient as well. They also include 6 oil changes with the car which is something no other dealer I spoke with would do. I found their staff to be extremely helpful and customer focused. I worked with Latisa, Analise, Mark, Shae and Cody. More

Awful and decietful I contacted Willett Honda via the Internet due to a publicized price on their web page. The email traffic following the initial contact verified the price. I asked for an out-the-door price, but didn't receive one for a couple days. None-the-less, my wife and I took our two kids and drove over three hours to Morrow, GA anticipating the dealership would honor their publicized price. When I arrived, I was told the exact vehicle was out on 'demo' and would not return for at least three days. They did have an exact matching vehicle on the lot (same colors, trim, options, etc) they were willing to sell me, but, at a higher price. A finance manager then approached me stating the original vehicle was a demo vehicle and the vehicle on the lot was not, hence the price difference. I showed the manager that no mention of "demo vehicle" was ever mentioned in either the original advertisement or email traffic. I stated my willingness to purchase the vehicle at the publicized price, which was verified through email. The store manager then came out and stated the reason they would not sell at the advertised price was because I "failed to make an appointment". After proving to him their was never a mention of "demo vehicle" in their advertising or emails, he became very combative and told me he "could not be held accountable for my failure to make an appointment". His tone and accusations were extremely rude and insulting! I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership manager! This is a classic example of bait and switch. Not only do I NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, I recommend everyone avoid their underhanded tricks and rude service! More
