Excellent service and even better prices! I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter who just turned 16. After doing some extensive research I found that the 2016 Honda Civic was the North A I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter who just turned 16. After doing some extensive research I found that the 2016 Honda Civic was the North American car of the year and one of the top safest small cars on the road. There were no other decisions to make other than finding a great price. Searching a 400 mile radius Willett Honda had THE best price for this vehicle. Considering this was 200 miles from where I lived I spoke to our local Honda dealers to match this price, but they said they could not beat that price. Therefore, I took a road trip to Morrow Georgia. Al Thornton who helped me the day of the sale made it as quick and easy as possible since I had a long drive ahead of me. Unreliable and uncooperative Worst customer experience ever ! This is the most unreliable and untrustworthy dealership. I finalized a car and requested my salesman to hold the car Worst customer experience ever ! This is the most unreliable and untrustworthy dealership. I finalized a car and requested my salesman to hold the car for me while I receive my check from the bank. He gave me his word that the car is blocked for me. In a day I received the check with the VIN number of car & dealership name on it and sent him a scan as a confirmation. He confirmed that he is holding the car and that I can come in 2 days to pick my car and he will get the registration ready by then. A day before I was supposed to pick my car he calls and tells me that they sold it the day before !!!!! After taking the auto insurance and working for hours with my bank to get my check the dealership told me that all this hard work is gonna go down the drain and I will have to start my car hunt from scratch ! Very unprofessional behavior. Either miscommunication from my salesman part or the greed to make a few extra bucks costed me my first car and made me go through all this trouble. The most shocking part was neither the salesman nor the manager had the courtesy to apologize!! More
