I was truly taken care of from the moment I stopped in front of the maintenance bay. An employee arrived to my vehicle quickly and kindly requested how could they be of service to me today. The service from first words to answering service related questions lasted only a few minutes. I was told how long it would take for my recall service and if I was going to wait on site or return for the vehicle later. The waiting room was comfortable and my wait as mentioned took approximately two hours, in which by that time I was called to retrieve my vehicle. Great service. More
