I dropped off my car the night before and first thing he Adam kept me updated on what was going on with my car and I really appreciated it very much. I dropped off my car the night before and first thing he called me and let me know that he had my car and what the plan for the day was. As soon as the diagnostics were performed he called and let me know that a part that was needed would not be there till the next morning. The next morning he let he know it was ready quite early. Most of them Like Thomas have been there for many years too. That is rare today to see long term employees and goes to show you what a great place this is to work and shop. Thomas always greats you with a smile, calls you by name and most important of all, treats you like family. He knows his stuff, and if he don't, he knows just who to call to get the answer you need. He and the rest of the team have kept my 1999 Odyssey in great shape over the years. She has 355k miles and still purrs like a kitten. Thank you Thomas for all your help over the years! More
