Clear, concise, courteous My Service Advisor, like all that I've encountered here, was polite and engaging, ... but not trying to push service on me. He asked what I wanted, a My Service Advisor, like all that I've encountered here, was polite and engaging, ... but not trying to push service on me. He asked what I wanted, and it went from there. He was clear about the amount and the approximate time it would take. Even when he came to the waiting area to get me, after my selected service, he only informed me of recommended/missing services: without making it seem like the end of the world! Based on the information, I did decide to get the other services. Also, it's not like I needed it this time, but based on the type of service, they readily put you into a courtesy car! More

Dealer strives to earn your business! Customer service was excellent. I live in Hixson, tn. With 4 honda dealerships within a short drive of my residence. I can say that none of those Customer service was excellent. I live in Hixson, tn. With 4 honda dealerships within a short drive of my residence. I can say that none of those dealerships worked as hard to get my business as Willett Honda did. I plan to be a repeat Customer! More
