I was told that it would take about an hour or so, and so it was. I was able to get to work at a good hour without spending half the morning getting my car serviced. Car Buyers beware Car buyers beware, the ad on their web site does not advise you that the only way to get that deal is if it's a Demo/courtesy car with 1000 - 3000 mil Car buyers beware, the ad on their web site does not advise you that the only way to get that deal is if it's a Demo/courtesy car with 1000 - 3000 miles on it. The VIN in the add is not the one you get. I brought the ad with me (you must to get the price) it says. I was told that it would not apply to the car/VIN in the add and that the car had 1017 miles on it and I agreed, but the sales contract given to me stated 3084 miles, said I wanted the 1017 car at that price and was told they would do that. Asked to see the actual car and was taken to a same color car and was told "I think that's it, but it's the same", I asked to see the actual car and was taken to the one I was purchasing in a different area. As I approached I was told that they must disclose that there was a scratch/dent in it. The scratch/dent was on the back driver side door. I had not been told of this scratch/dent before at any point. I got in my old car and left. I just wanted the posted internet price of the car/VIN in the ad and they should have stated if it was a demo/courtesy car in the ad. Very disappointing, you may want to check the miles and VIN number when they give you the Sales Contract. I wasted a few hours, makes you wonder what else they are not telling you? In addition to my above post, I just found the same Willett Honda South ad on AutoTrader and it show the car in the ad with only 13 miles. Not the Demo/courtesy with 1000 - 3000 miles they claim the ad is for. Maybe a mistake, maybe purposely to mislead. Just looking to buy the car in the ad at the price in the ad, no tricks. More
Thank you for the loaner! I made my appointment in advance for the loaner as I always do, but when I told my service adviser that I work nights and was on my way home to get so I made my appointment in advance for the loaner as I always do, but when I told my service adviser that I work nights and was on my way home to get some sleep, she told me to keep the loaner and plan on picking up my car the next morning. What a difference a good day of sleep can make to my patients! Thank you! More

Absolutely the BEST! Willed Honda beat them all hands down! We traveled 3 hours (one-way) after being told that there was no way they would honor their price by 2 other H Willed Honda beat them all hands down! We traveled 3 hours (one-way) after being told that there was no way they would honor their price by 2 other Honda dealerships....well, they were wrong! Ana Lise was true to her word (contrary to the Milledgville dealership) and sold us our 2017 Pilot for exactly what she quoted! No him-hawing, no trouble! Shea and Shane have ensured we got great cars at great prices and have treated us as friends and family. Rob Bolman and his service department have maintained all my Hondas and I have never had a problem with any of my cars. I own a 2012 Odyssey and a 2008 CRV. My CRV had 233,000 miles on it and it is in great shape with nothing mechanically wrong with it. I just purchased a new 2017 CRV not because my 08 was bad but because I love the new ones. I recommend my friends and any to check with Willett Honda before purchasing any vehicle. More

They provided me a comparable vehicle and completed my work ahead of schedule. I am asked "why do I take it to dealership for repair when I can pay less to the other repair shop?" I say the same thing, I say to them folks, " I like the royal treatment". More
