Great Service by Orlando (service rep) I have chosen this rating because Orlando (service rep) tried to resolve my concerns about the brake work that was done on my 2013 Honda crosstour. I have chosen this rating because Orlando (service rep) tried to resolve my concerns about the brake work that was done on my 2013 Honda crosstour. I was not treated with any respect by the shop foreman and the service manager when I returned with my concerns about my brakes. I had to return to the dealership twice before I was informed, that my left and right axles were damage which may be the problem I was experiencing, and not the brakes. I believe that this should have been told to me before hand, which would have prevented the stress I experienced about my car. More
