I purchased the vehicle on 9/4/2024, I was told by the sale male that the vehicle is new and it while to be set up. The sale man asked if I would come and pick the car up on Tuesday or If I can wait until sale male that the vehicle is new and it while to be set up. I agreed to pick the vehicle up on Wednesday 9/6/2023; I pick the vehicle up at 6:35pm. I drove to the nail shop, after leaving the nail shop on my home the around 7:45 the car stops on the 285 south. I was almost hit by tracked trailer, as I was trying to move the shoulder of the highway I texted the sells person with pictures about the vehicle, I then tell the sells person I want to rescission my contact I wish no longer to purchase the vehicle which by law can do so. The sell asked me to bring the vehicle to the maintenance department on 9/7/2024. That morning I got up and drove the car to the maintenance sieve. The car stopped on me more than three times. After finally getting the car to the maintenance department. I was told that it was a result of a faulty battery on 9/7/2023. I stated then that I didn’t want the car and I want my 2019 car back. The communication with this company sucks. I called and left messages for the GM, sales manager, and the finance manager, no one called me. I asked the owner for information as no one has given me that information also. 9/8/2024 I the salesperson texted me and said it was faulty throttle, they replaced the part and its fix less than 24 hours. I told the salesperson again my concerns and that I wanted to speak to the GM because I didn’t want to drive this vehicle at all. He asked when I could come to the dealership, I told him Monday 9/11/2024. After at the dealership the sale person and I were waiting for the GM, I was told he was in a meeting after sitting there for over an hour, I finally left. I informed the sale person again the I wanted to speak with the owner, and I wasn’t driving that vehicle, my life was in danger and this vehicle wasn’t for me. More
They do not honor any advertising they promote online. They do that to get you in the door. I would have so much more respect if they were honest about my options at the beginning instead of lying about n They do that to get you in the door. I would have so much more respect if they were honest about my options at the beginning instead of lying about not being able to pull credit when I was in the office receiving emails about them pulling my credit and the amount I was approved for and the options that I had….. I came in at 6pm and left after 10pm. Was promised they would honor the promotion and even went through the whole paperwork process(literally signed everything from the title paper to all financial documents.) When it was time to get the keys to the car I was told there was an issue with the lending bank and was told that I had to wait for them to get a response from the bank…(but wait wasn’t that what I was told already happened). I was told I was approved and signed the contract for the down payment. They brought the car around and I test drove it. They said they couldn’t pull my credit BUT I HAD GOTTEN MULTIPLE EMAILS ABOUT THEM PULLING MY CREDIT!!! They said my social was a digit off even though I had provided ssc. They are dishonest. Unprofessional. Misleading. And unethical. I had asked multiple times for something within the range I was approved for and they kept pushing newer cars(which I know my credit is not the best) but each time they were like the car THEY HAD ME SIGN FOR was the one they put on the application and I was approved for it. Cleveland the guy in the office(I believe he is a sales manager) just flat out lied knowing that the information he was providing was false and never provided the other options as I asked. Just kept pushing the newer cars. (2021) when asked to speak with upper management I would get forwarded to a voicemail. This place is the absolute worst to do business with because they can not be trusted. More
I sat the waiting room for service and heard a sales person say they made a lot of money on this deal . Is this how you treat customers? The service advisor informed me that mean the salesman jack up pr person say they made a lot of money on this deal . Is this how you treat customers? I won’t say his name but please know who you are dealing with at this facility your own people will lie to you and make you struggle to pay a car note that should be cheaper . You know it’s bad when your own employee said he wouldn’t buy a car from his own job !!!!! Poor lady . Overall my service visit was great More

Very unprofessional. Ed Jackson never returned our calls . Would not fix a Knick on handle of brand new car of lot . Do not buy car from this dealership. I had very bad experience, they made me pay deposit by showing a car on the lot (they needed 2 days to get it waxed and ready for delivery) and neve I had very bad experience, they made me pay deposit by showing a car on the lot (they needed 2 days to get it waxed and ready for delivery) and never called me back. I kept calling for a week but no one responding, but hung up. Later one of them told that car was sold to someone else actually by another agent and said some confusion. I had to call credit card issuer to raise dispute and get that money after 45 days. They never responded to the card issues for the dispute also. So dishonest and shady dealer, stay away from it. More
Willett Honda had a much more honest service department than Honda South. I wanted synthetic blends and express oil service, but instead, I got a whopping bill of 84 dollars oil change for synthetic oil I than Honda South. I will buy my oil and have someone install it. Period! plus I would never buy a car from there in the future. More
