Ken explained everything to me in details from the complete oil change, the multi-point vehicle inspection checklist, required & preventive services, last but not least the "Synchrony" car care card. Once we made our decision Abby was able to completely describe everything about the vehicle. We were impressed with her knowledge of the vehicle and her ability to answer any question we had about it. Brian, the sales manager, was also very helpful and informative.
