Very honest and straightforward. Stephanie was our first contact when we arrived on the lot to look at used SUV. She was very knowledgeable, retrieved the keys for the cars we were interested in, and after choosing the one we liked the best and we had a short test drive, she was extremely helpful. Did have coupon so that mitigated cost. Had 2 cars in for service; one required brakes. OK, but had to leave overnight. When we went next day to get car and pay, seems all service employees who could check us out had gone to lunch at the same time. Possibly someone could do a better job of scheduling lunch breaks? I do trust the service work on my cars. More
