I am not satisfied with the last service at this Honda location. An oil change, tire rotation, and recall were supposed to take 4 hours. The actual service time was approximately an hour and a half, time location. An oil change, tire rotation, and recall were supposed to take 4 hours. The actual service time was approximately an hour and a half, time was measured according to the camera installed in the car. The mirrors installed from the recall are not suitable for driving. Everyone at the dealership knew that the new mirrors are not good and yet they were installed, which posed a great risk to road traffic. The fluids in the car were not checked during the oil change, the coolant was below the minimum on a cold engine at 6am the next day. The service was scheduled for Tuesday as it was supposed to take an extended period of time for recall replacements and oil chance. Once I arrived on Monday to pickup the lender car, it was decided by the dealership that they will be able to do everything that day instead. The visit was scheduled 10 days in advance and it turned out that the mechanic was not working on Tuesday and they forgot to tell me about it. The dealership did not fulfill their due diligence of service. Not only was each interaction at the dealership not satisfactory, I had to come back twice for additional fixes. This was a very dissatisfactory visit, I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received through this time. More
