I went in to get an oil change and to get the tires check. They didn’t do anything to tired just question it if it was under warranty and didn’t even explain to what was the issue. Went in for an oil change, did the job required, did their normal routine checks. Said the battery was not holding a reserve charge, battery only 4 months old, told me it needed replacing. I took it bac their normal routine checks. Said the battery was not holding a reserve charge, battery only 4 months old, told me it needed replacing. I took it back to where I purchased it they put a full range of test as I watched and it was determined that the battery was at 100% charge and all other perimeters were meet. I hope that this location’s machine was off and will be recalibrated, and that they didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need. More
