I went to Honda on Grand to get my oil change, tires rotated, and my safety recall fixed. When I went, they said they didn’t have the parts to fix my safety recall. After my service, I left and took the rotated, and my safety recall fixed. When I went, they said they didn’t have the parts to fix my safety recall. After my service, I left and took the ten minute drive home. On my drive home, my hub cap fell off on the side of the highway. When I called Honda after I realized it, they told me they needed to “check the cameras” to make sure I even came with one on my tires. After I retraced my steps, I found my hub cap on the side on the highway and retrieved it. I went back to honda and ask that they reinstall it and make sure that each hub cap was installed correctly. I am just disappointed that the service was not done right the first time and I needed to search for my hub cap when it was their fault it wasn’t installed correctly. Additionally, I wasn’t really believed when I called back to ask about it. More

I feel everything is ridiculously overpriced for the services. They don’t explain the breakdown of the pricing unless you ask and then they had no issue explaining the work. I purchased my car at this dealership and have no issues with sales team. Where the dealership falls short is in the service department. I was told the car was driven after the initial service was performed, however, that was not true, as the brake work done was defective. While I received apologies, I also received multiple answers why the expensive service I received was not properly completed. I was given a discount on the second "fix", but needless to say the service provision was suspect and I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership for service, which is unfortunate. I was planning on purchasing a new car in the next few months and was planning on doing so from this dealership, however, I will take my business elsewhere. More
