I came in to have a general inspection performed and the staff was very helpful in reassuring me that my vehicle had a clean bill of health, and diagnosed the one problem I had. Communication was not great. I dropped off the car on Friday and was told to come back in a few hours. I did not receive a call all day on Friday. I called Saturday morning and was told that the car wouldn’t even be looked at until Monday. What if I needed the car? Nothing was communicated. Come Monday I was told the windshield washer fluid reservoir is cracked and is leaking. I took it to another car technician and they said nothing is leaking. There aren’t any cracks and nothing is wrong with the car. Honda simply wanted $1000 to repair nothing. I have pictures showing zero damage. When I originally brought the car in to the Service Center in June, I reported the technical issues, however this was not documented so I had to pay double for Honda to diagnose the car. Additionally, since it was not documented, it shows me that the technical issues were never checked the first time. I am never coming back again. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. My wife called at 8:30am and didn’t talk to anyone until 2pm. Was put on hold several times and was told James would call us back, he never did. Finally took the van in at 3pm and told them we needed the van that night. Honda said no problem. Service shop closed at 6pm and they never called us. I had to get a sales manager to get our van for us. Repair was done but they never finished the paperwork and never called us. Very disappointing More
