I had an appointment for an oil change and it took three hours and was $89. My husband has always insisted we use the dealership for our maintenance but I will never use them again. I had asked that they change my windshield wipers as well and when I was checking out David told me they couldn't do the wipers because they weren't Honda wipers...I had no idea what that meant and told him I didn't know what that meant and he said he could put new Honda wipers on for $90 and asked if that was what I wanted...I had been there for three hours and missed 2 important work meetings...I drove to a Jiffy Lube and had new wipers in less than 10 minutes.
