Very much a fan of this service station/dealership. The only issue is that their prices are absurd, Honda is one of the most affordable cars to maintenance but with their prices and labor it feels like The only issue is that their prices are absurd, Honda is one of the most affordable cars to maintenance but with their prices and labor it feels like I own a Mercedes. I ended up Paying over 1K for a sensor that costs $400. Also had to pay an additional $200 at the time of pick up and was not told I’d have to pay even more money on top of the thousand I just spent. So unfortunately I believe my time of going to Honda is at an end. Thank you for the services though… More

They act like they don't care. Brand new car first I'm getting serviced didn't even want to check my tire pressure. The car had a couple of electronic issues, but Isai handled them quickly and professionally. On top of that, the car came with mismatched tires — Isai made sure all four were replaced so they matched. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare. If you’re in the market for a car, I highly recommend Honda on Grand and especially Isai Razo. Great service, honest people, and a smooth buying experience. More
I had a pleasant experience at Honda on Grand. I had my oil changed. I was very pleased that Brolin did not pressure me to have extra services done on my car. When I pulled into the bay, I was not acknowledged, and I sat in my car for a while, figuring out if I was even in the right spot. Upon stepping up to Andres’s desk, he did not take the time to explain things to me and left me confused and told me that my car would tell me whenever it needed service next This is understandable, but it would’ve been nice if he broke things down for me in terms of my cost and what was being done for me instead of just putting a paper into my face. The technicians began to get irritated as well when I was asking them questions about my car as if it wasn’t their job to work on my car. I will never return to Honda on Grand. More
