James is my FAVORITE service advisor at any Honda service dealership I have been to. He is consistently thoughtful and kind, and I’m always happy to see he’s working when I bring my car in. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here instead of the location that is 5 minutes from my house because of him and the service I receive here. More
