From the moment I stepped foot in this dealer it was a bad experience. First of all no one greeted me when I got there and I was just standing like a fool next to the employees on their computer. Second, bad experience. First of all no one greeted me when I got there and I was just standing like a fool next to the employees on their computer. Second, the guy who helped me(Steve) never told me his name and had an attitude like he didn’t care for his job. I found out his name through an automated text message I got in the waiting room. Third, it took a little over 2 hours for Steve to come into the waiting room to get an update that they were barely going to start service due to being short staffed. I understand that it’s busy and you’re short staffed but that would have been good to know before I was checked in. The fact I waited 2 hours before I got an update was unacceptable.
