David was professional and explained what was wrong with the car and said he ordered the part I needed but it would not be in until the next day and said could I leave the car but I had no other way of gett the car and said he ordered the part I needed but it would not be in until the next day and said could I leave the car but I had no other way of getting home or getting back to have the car fixed so he said I could go ahead and take the car home and bring it back the following day More

We had a five star interaction with Pat DeRosa in Sales. He was pleasant, helpful, patient and understanding to our situation. Originally purchased a different vehicle (as we thought it might be good to try He was pleasant, helpful, patient and understanding to our situation. Originally purchased a different vehicle (as we thought it might be good to try something other than Honda- as we have 3 of them now), but were not happy with it so I called Pat as he had left a positive impression on us when we had met with him previously. He made it easy for us to come in and deal with him. We would recommend your dealership and Pat to others. One of the best guys I have dealt with to date. Only thing that took long was the day of pick up you were very busy so it took a while. Also, please note that the pressure when we picked up our vehicle was 8-10 over the recommended PSI, which made for an awful ride till I checked it and dropped it when I got home. Would also have loved to have seen some gloss on the tires when we picked it up. I had a good experience with one of your techs whom I engaged with. Not sure his name but overall glad we are working with Honda on Grand. THX Ed Severini More
