I go here because it is so convenient. I love that they will drive me to work (nearby) and pick me up when the car is done. However, I regularly have issues trying to get picked up to retr I love that they will drive me to work (nearby) and pick me up when the car is done. However, I regularly have issues trying to get picked up to retrieve my vehicle. Most recently, the service agent didn't even let me know the car was done. And good luck trying to get in touch with a service agent as they are always on the phone with another customer. I honestly don't think it is the agent's fault but rather how the system is managed. They should have a service rep who handles the communication for all completed vehicles. This would keep the others focused on customers dropping off. More
