I arrived about 30 minutes early for my scheduled maintenance appointment. David checked me in right away, and gave me a time estimate of the work to be done. The estimate was spot on. I was ready to maintenance appointment. David checked me in right away, and gave me a time estimate of the work to be done. The estimate was spot on. I was ready to leave the lot when the technician who serviced my vehicle came out to the lot and informed me neglected to re-install the front splash guard under my vehicle. He promised it would take five minutes to install the unit. Again, his time quote was spot on, and I commend him for caring to chase me down before I left the lot. His error did not bother me a bit. I did not get the tech's name, but I believe his ID no., according to my service receipt, is 171839. Please recognize his extra effort also. Thank you. More
