The car looks wonderful and I took the accord EXL which comes with all the options that I wanted and few more. Smiles! Why the Honda over Toyota you might ask and that has to do with the salesman at Honda on Grand. His name is Sam Syed and he did a great job selling the car, getting me the right price and working with his internal departments to make the sale happen. I went to bob Lindsey of Honda in Peoria ...CAN YOU SAY xxxxxxx,SNEAKY,AND LETS NOT FORGET LIAR...oh and VERY RUDE.....and by a few hours their I was fit to be tied,they were so rude telling me to hurry up because im waisting his day and he could of sold 2 cars by now..and trying to sell me a piece of - - - - that was in very bad shape that they TRIED to cover up ..lets just say I had a bitter bad taste in my mouth....So still in Peoria I called Honda in grand and talked to Keith and lol poor guy had to listen to me rant and rave for 10 min before I could calm down and give him a chance to talk to me,he assured me their pilot was in good shape and he would keep his eye on it till I got their ,I had 2 hour drive to get their.he ment me at my car with a smile and a very PROFESSIONAL MANNER.happy with how everything was taken care of and he was willing to work with me,I would of liked more on my trade in but ...WHO IN THE HEC WOUDNT LOL...RIGHT,...kieth you are a heck of a saleman.was very happy they made my day..thanx Honda of grand..I would go their again.think ill keep my pilot for a long time.its my second and my last I hope,thanx for selling me my baby I LOVE HER...LOL More

Anyway, I called to inquire yesterday regarding leasing an Oddyssey via Danny- not sure what his last name is-. He called back several times after obtaining info regarding my trade and the terms I wanted to be at. However, he never called back as soon as he probably figured that he can't beat the deal I was being offered from another dealership. On top of this he said that I am incorrect about the make and model of my trade in. I told him that he was the first person to say that. Well, my point is, some guys are just there for the buck I guess instead of helping their customers achieve their goal. More

This is what car buying & leasing should be like! So recently I have been involved in a couple of car procurement adventures which has led to multiple visits to various dealers on various makes. I w So recently I have been involved in a couple of car procurement adventures which has led to multiple visits to various dealers on various makes. I was subjected to the "normal',( ie demeaning & insulting) treatment by the sales personnel AND the general managers or 'money guys'. You know the scenarios : The price haggling and high ball quotes with the "Oh, I made an error" backpedalling when you aren't stupid or gullible enough to fall for the inflated initial sales price - or the "We aren't making anything at this offered price" coupled with the lengthy delays and stalling (Let me try to sell this to my manager"'). The experience at Honda on Grand was A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. I took advantage of their advertised deal on a 39 month car lease at a very attractive rate and was elated that is was a simple, no b.s., everything on the table transaction. Absolutely no pressure or trace of deceit or up selling involved. This is, by far, the BEST car buying / leasing experience I have ever been part of -- all it took was 1 phone call & 1 visit. Sam Syed responded to my inquiry at 9am, we met at 1:30 and we drove out of the Honda on Grand at 3:30 pm in a newly leased 2015 CR-V. Thank you Honda on Grand for respecting my intelligence and treating me with respect and responsiveness! More
