Love that fact I bought my 1st Honda Ryan emailed me my Internet and out the door pricing and followed up 3 times to make sure I received the quote. I appreciated that. I replied to him that I was still working out the logistics of getting my wife to commit on a day to visit. I reached out to a few Honda dealerships but Ryan was the 1st to respond and followed up via email. All in all, Ryan made the process very easy and wasn't forcing me to purchase anything I didn't want. The CRV sells it's self and I love the fact my wife is driving a Honda and is backed by it's reliability. My only complaint would be with Luke. During my finance closing, he didn't point out to me that I was being charged $3K for an extended warranty. I was under the impression from Luke that Honda was now providing 10/100K warranty. When I asked about that to him, he said it's something Honda was doing because many manufactures where doing this now. The paper work was flying at me to sign and I was over whelmed during the process as it was getting late. In the end, it wasn't a big deal as I wanted this deal if it was presented to me. I love the fact of having a 10yr/100K bumper to bumper warranty, I just would have love the chance to save a little more money by negotiating that price. More
Quick and easy purchase process. I got a quote from their website, an e-price, and the price was the lowest of all the Honda dealers in the area, so I stopped in. Didn't haggle on price as it was plenty below MSRP and lower than all other e-prices I had received from other dealers. Was able to get a good price on my trade-in vehicle, and with minimal time sitting with the finance person, and minimal I'm talking like 5 minutes to sign all the paperwork and sign over the title on the trade-in, I was done. Fastest and easiest car buying process I have ever had. Julio Cano, the internet sales manager, was the person who gave me the online quote and assisted me with the purchase when I went in person. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't make me feel rushed to make a decision, plus didn't make me sits for hours waiting for them to agree on a price for the trade-in. Overall, excellent buying experience at this dealership. More

This wasn't the experience I had at Honda once Grand at all. After being burned at OTHER dealerships, I sent HoG a grumpy email asking for out-the-door quotes that I could rely on or else I just wouldn't go in. To my surprise, Sam Syed sent me a friendly, matter-of-fact, clear email explaining exactly how much it would cost me to drive away with exactly the cars I wanted. I was skeptical; it was too easy. Surely I'd go in and they'd throw on a few thousand in fees just like all of the other dealerships! Not so. I called Sam, and he said come by whenever. He was going to be out, but he told me to just ask for his colleague Julio (a salesperson just giving a sale up like that? Already this sounded different). I went in and met Julio; he was awesome. He let me test drive every car I wanted, never tried to push me on anything, and didn't even try to push me towards my own bad judgment (I test drove a wonderful irresponsible-financial-decision car, but ended up leaving with the smart decision car). True to form, I paid exactly what I was quoted online and got exactly the car I asked for. I recommend this dealership highly; I'll recommend them to friends.
