I have to Recognize The salesman Sam that we worked with. He was a very genuine person and we enjoyed every minute with him during the time of when we were purchased the vehicle. Not once did I feel that I was being scammed or lowballed in anyway, but I was being treated fairly and with respect. He even showed us to the Lounge area for coffee as finance did their thing. Finance went very fast and smooth. Sam even installed the plates on the vehicle, got it washed and cleaned, and explained all the features to the car. He even synced our phones for bluetooth use. His customer service was by far the best I've ever seen at a dealership. I also purchased a remote start for the car and I have to recognize Lynn in the service department for her outstanding excellent customer service that she provided to me when I brought the car. She provided a great sense of assurance that they would take care of the car and set me up with a rental no problem. All together from show room to service my experience at Honda at grand was probably the best I've ever had I will definitely be coming back here for any future car or service! More

We did some online research and knew what we wanted before going to the dealership. We arrived at 9am when they opened and were hoping to be out of there by lunch (we were out the door at 1pm). We were greeted by Jonathan Washington as we entered. Jonathan was very friendly and easy to talk with. He had a strong knowledge of the Accords and was not at all pushy. We were pretty sure that we wanted the V-6, but test drove both the V-6 and the 4 cylinder to make sure. After testing them both, we went with the V-6. They had the color that we wanted and the negotiation process was as smooth as any we've had before. Before arriving, we knew what we would be willing to pay and they were able to meet our number after only a couple of back and forth negotiations. After the negotiations were finished there was one discrepancy regarding a fee and the manager was able to refund it without any fight. Overall, we would recommend Honda on Grand because they have a good inventory and fair pricing. We would especially recommend Jonathan Washington because he was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We bought our last car from the Honda on Grand in Dec 2013 and we were much happier with our overall experience this time around. We will probably be back to Honda on Grand in about 5-7 years for our next purchase. More

Once I arrived Jerry ensured that each of the necessities got completed at a quick pace and helped me understand the options I have with the dealer. I forgot name of his colleague from Finance who was also thoroughly helpful. It was a great experience and am glad I went ahead with a car from Honda on Grand. No high pressure sales tactics, just straight forward and honest. Julio and the rest of the sales staff went out of their way to ensure we got the exact van we were looking for and took the time to explain the differences in trim levels so that we could make an educated decision, and they got us the price we were looking for.
