Easy to deal with, fair price. Wasn't happy with an "X" scratch on the hood though. "Regular" detail guy was off until next week. Person that was asked to buff out hood scratches appeared perturbed at be scratch on the hood though. "Regular" detail guy was off until next week. Clean Carfax, but plastic rivet missing on plastic cowling shroud near radiator. Part looked new. Suspect previous damage. Car looked good, it's exactly what my daughter wanted. More
