Octavio met us in the used car lot when we drove in. Positive attitude all the way. Had our test drive and decided to purchase 2013 Ford Fusion. Only one draw-back, there was no extra key fob for the car. Octavio said he checked with previous owner and they did not have extra key fob. One negative note: As we were waiting for Octavio to get approval, etc., one of the other salesmen was talking, pretty loudly, with other salesmen and using a lot of crude language. If you're in an area where customers are, you should be careful of your surroundings and who can hear what you're saying. More
